STEP ONE:  Determine the Feasibility of your business

*  Ask yourself - Why would anyone buy from you?  Why go in business?

                           *  What do you offer?
                           *  Who is your target market?
                           *  How do you meet their needs?
                           *  Why are you unique?

The 8 Figure Formula and the Business Plan Template will help you to answer these questions.

STEP TWO:    Business Creation

1)  Incorporate
           *  I like Incorp.
               They have an on-line corporate back office.
               They have a resident agent service in all 50 states.
               They send you email reminders and help keep you on-track.
               DBA registration is done at the county level.  I prefer to do that on my own.

        * This is if you are hiring employees.
        * Some banks request this.

        * County registration is sometimes done with your State license.
        * Each city needs a license.
        * Specialty license.

4)  SBA  - Small Business Administration
